Worst decision of my life to buy kothi here. Dump yard near this society, everyone is suffering.

Worst decesion of my life to buy home here. Builder lied about construction material used and my top roof is leaking since I bought home.It has dumping area of whole mohali near to it. Bad smells are coming everyday specially in rainy season. Builder refused to fix my roof as his labor don't know the fault and saying it's construction fault.i am suffering Pl beware of Pratap infratec near bansa vali chungi.kharar. I have pending bank loan for 15 yrs. At last Pl beware guys better to buy plot and built yourself. Don't trust these greedy builders. Once they get all payment they will forget you that you were their customer.Don't forget God is watching if you cheated somebody you are going to get same. Thanks

I usually visit here to meet my friend.this place is really very clean and has peaceful environment.people here are so nice and well educated. There are decent families who lives here.The whole area is clean and very well constructed.nice and clean roads everywhere.there are four gates.lots of beautiful houses.there are small parks to sit and relax at every corner.mostly punjabi and himachali families lives here.there are many shops available just next to the darpan green.you can get vegetables, milk,break,rice etc etc.salon shops, small restaurants and kharar main market is very near.shopkeepers are very very friendly and co-operative.kharar is a developing area so it's beautiful to settle down here.good environment for study too.. kharar railway station is also nearby.
