Everyone loves aminia Biryani. No exception here also ! In starters we had afgani kabab which are extremely soft and light spiced . Well accompanied with green chatni. And also i like the tikka kabab which were little spiced than afgani kabab and it has perfect flavor ! Must try. We tried chicken biryani , mutton biryani , mutton handi , chicken chap. I just love mutton biryani, the mutton could be little more soft and juicy. But the handi was extremely delicious. They used a lot of dalda in their food ,which i think they can reduce e little more. A good experience we had in aminia . Will come soon again.
Today I was at home all lazed up and I did not really feel like eating at home but I also didn't want to go outside, so I decided to order some food online. After scrolling through a lot many restaurants I decided to order Chicken Biryani-2 Plates, Chicken Handi- 1 Plate Plate Firni- 2 Pcs from Aminia, Barrackpore. During this current 'Normal' of Covid-19, ordering food online could be really unsafe and even dangerous. However, while ordering the food it was clearly mentioned that the restaurant is following WHO protocols of safety and sanitation and the staff is provided with proper masks. During delivery also I noticed that the person delivering was wearing a mask and before handing me over the food, he used hand-sanitizer and also provided me some, so there is no chance of transmission. In a nutshell, the food was properly packed and delivered and the customer safety was taken into account.
Well furnished restaurant with dim light give it a classsy ambience . Well they maintain Proper hygiene method refered by WHO . And they also do thermal checkup for all the customer So now come to the main thing what i tried Obviously i tried their mutton biriyani However I tried their biryani it remains same taste .. the delcicate rice . The softest aalu and the tender mutton . Combined the Biryani like heavenly delicious . And their chicken chap . Adding some extra delicacy with the Biryani The best combo ever . Also i tried their resmi kebab and Chicken tikka kebab which was so soft and juicy and full of flavours Lastly tried the ultimate show stopper . The firni Personally i liked it so much . The Creamyness and the softness of the firni is on point I. enjoyed a lot at aminia . So must visit in this puja . And try their biryani ️
Good place to dine with family as well as friends
It's a good restaurant but quite expensive and doesn't worth that expenses, and the taste that Biryani should have was missing and as well the measure of deliciousness which is must for the same was missing. I should not recommend this restaurant with improvement
Taste the Biriyani from one of the Biriyani Legend un Kolkata called Aminia. Frankly speaking, I am not a great fan of Aminia's Biriyani. But being curious and Biriyani lover, I visited this place with my family! Oh! BOY, what environment there. Lovely ambiance and soft music. Price is bit high but quality is better than tasted last time. I took Special Biriyani with egg and two pieces of Mutton. Who loves to eat Reazi mutton , just ask them to serve and you will get this. Quantity is really huge. Best I liked the Chicken Chap and taste is good as well. You can get all the Mouglai food items and Kebab's as well.
So few days ago i had ordered biryani from aminia.They are maintaining proper sanitization,precautions,protocols and safety measures. The food was super fresh and yummy.I will order again for sure.
