My wife and I hired K&M for our immigration case. The whole process was as smooth and simple as we could hope for. They were very helpful in the initial stages with gathering and preparing documents and did a great job preparing us for our interview. The staff was proactive in notifying us about developments in the case and responsive to our questions and concerns throughout. Everyone we talked to was very professional and helpful. Terrible experience working with this firm well working with Rod Khavari...hired him to help with my case but was hard to work with due to his arrogance. Also cheated me out of my refund for fees. Charged me over 1000 and did nothing but send a few emails to each other and two phone calls. Fired him and hired a new lawyer who got my situation taken care of in 1 phone call. Save your money and dont let them finesse you.

I called this week to make an appointment, they told me to come in on Saturday at 10:30 am. Here I was knocking on their Doors at 10:25 am. They are closed on weekends!!! Please inform your receptionist better or hire competent people who provide ACCURATE information over the phone. Great way to attract customers! Obviously you just lost a client. Response to their reply: I never received one phone call on Saturday, and my voicemail is empty, so you could've left a message. Not removing my review because even your hours on here are wrong. If you claim to have appointments on Saturdays, then you might want to edit your business hours on Google so you don't mislead people.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with K & M for my immigration case. It was stressful journey for me because of the quack lawyer I used to start the process before I came to K&M(those quack lawyers out there will make things miserable for you). K&M made it so easy even when I was stressed about the whole process. They’ll give you email feedback and updates about the whole process, they will call you randomly to check on you, the customer service is excellent. Top Notch! I love how anytime you have a question or concern they get back to you in a timely manner. They are well worth the price. I’m so impressed with the whole team at K&M. Cesar is awesome, Rod is absolutely brilliant. I’ll rate them 20 stars ️ if there’s option to do that. I would highly recommend them without a doubt. My family is grateful. 10years PR approved.
