I went to this store because of the sailor moon shoes. There is a posted promotion for a free tumbler with purchase. Also, online, the shoes are 30% off, “online and in retail”. The sales rep said I could not get the cup or the discount but offered no other explanation. Does not offer VAT refund. False advertising and no response from supervisor. They want these stores to fail.
