Contemporary human scale low rise building in the golden district. One of the best decorated units I have seen in Bangkok for years. And it looks like it is built to last. Nicely populated with expats and Thais. Nice covered car park. The view from the roof top swimming pool is surprisingly green and unobstructed towards Tobacco Monopoly park and lake. Great place to commute to Sukhumvit (BTS MRT) and to Rama IV (MRT) thanks to their free shuttle. Walking access to 24/7 Foodland and to the famous morning Klongtoey food market. The best compromise I have found in this part of Sukhumvit price and quality wise.
