I have been living here for 7 months. It is a nice condo Pros: - 10 mins walking to Ekkamai BTS and Prakhanong BTS, there are 2 stations for you ! - Quiet area, and very nice greenery view for some units - Good facilities, gym, sauna, library, rooftop swimming pool, parking, soft drink vending machine - Very good security Cons: - The passage is very narrow, not good feeling going to rooms. - Bad smelling in the road next to the building entrance, from the sewer. - Gym and swim pool are small

Good location near BTS skytrain nice surrounding I'm very happy while stay here
I spent 3 months on the property and enjoyed the location very much. The Max Valu in Gateway Ekkamai had many options for grocery. Walking distance to 7-11 store was about 5 minutes, walking distance to BTS was 12 minutes. I noticed that the flooring is buckling in the common areas and hallways on every floor in both buildings. Still this never blocked access to my room but was a concern, it could be natural settling of the building or expansion of the tiles from low quality materials. The construction in the area was a huge aggravation and is ongoing. The hordes of construction workers on the street again never blocked access but they were a lot to deal with. The security here was very proactive and friendly, I appreciate them and express many thanks.
Can well understand why people are keen to live here. Nicely compact & clean inside. Love the security the place has.
Quiet condo, plenty of luxury facilities; rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, gym with workout machines. Also provided working space with free wifi , soft drink vending machine, coin washer and dryer in laundry room. Location is perfect for expat living, near shopping mall and Skytrain station in just 5 minutes by foot.
