The units are beautiful, well kept I must say... I honestly slept like a baby... With all that said, I was not impressed with the service at the reception. The guy needs serious professional customer service training. The guys who manage the gate as well need training as at some point we had to open the gate ourselves for our friens who stayed with us there as they went out, & rang the car bells for long. No one at the gate . Lastly the place needs to have a master key, as we had issues with keys bring misplaced, which is an honest mistake that can happen to anyone. No one could assist with spare keys and no master key as well. Onther than that, the place is nice. Keep up the good work and work on the lows and Wishing you a prosperous success with the place️
