I went to two other dealerships (not Kia) on the same day that I visited Mall of Georgia Kia. The experiences were so bad that I almost gave up my search before coming here. I am so glad I didn't. The experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I called ahead and David was very helpful. He assured me he would have a salesperson available when we arrived. Within one minute of walking in I was greeted by David and Richard. Richard was our sales person and he was fantastic. He arranged test drives of two different vehicles within minutes. He was super knowledgeable and not one bit pushy. To my surprise they made me a very fair offer on my trade within minutes of returning from our test drives. Natalie made the financing a breeze. My new car was detailed, fully gassed up and ready for me to drive away in a very short time. Richard spent a long time thoroughly explaining every option on my new Sorento. He patiently answered every question and demonstrated how to use all the features. He even called me first thing the next day to see if I had any more questions. I am so happy with my new Sorento and the service I received.

My experience with Kia Mall of Georgia was unlike any dealership I have ever been to. The salesman Zorro was very helpful, and did not pressure me at all. I forgot the financial lady who worked with me, but she was great and got through a little bind (due to identity theft 15yrs ago). I would highly recommend them. A real pleasurable experience all around.

I’ve had trouble with the service advisers a few different times at this location. However, Eric recently became my new service adviser and I LOVE him! He is thorough, kind, and explains everything to me. He doesn’t pressure me to do what I don’t want or need to do. But he gives good suggestions and took care of me! Thank you, Eric!
