This was my first oil change since I got my car, and I have not had the best of luck in the past when it comes to anything “auto related”. Other places have always found something wrong, something that needs to be replaced, or just anything that is going to cost a lot of money. I end up spending way more than an oil change should cost, and I tell myself that I will never go there again!! But, then I do it...... again. From my first phone call to KIA to set up the appointment, the young lady (I didn’t get her name) was super friendly and answered all the questions that I had. When I arrived, I parked, told her my name, and was shown where I could wait. I kept expecting for one of the guys to come talk to me, but in no time at all, she came in to let me know that it was done. I am super impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the knowledge of all the people in the service department, and very thankful for all that was done for me. I will never again go to anyone other than KIA for anything that has to do with my car!! You guys rock!!

Went in for oil change which was great. Technician stated front brakes need replacing and also stated lug nuts were stripped. I have had to replace two studs in the past. I just replaced all lugs nuts through Kia as this is the second time they have said this. I suggest they be more careful using impact wrenches to break lug nuts loose. Therefore my experience is 4 stars

I never imagined that I would be buying a new vehicle from an out-of-state dealership. I found a vehicle that I wanted and I called and Brandon gave me the most amazing service. He text pictures he FaceTime the vehicle he explained the vehicle he told me about all the special financing going on he just covered everything and then he indicated that he could bring me the car. My Brandie car is on the way now and I can hardly wait. I have been overwhelmed by the service and kindness shown by Kia of Anderson.
