Excellent customer service. We worked with Michael. They patiently showed us cars, talked about our price point, went on test drives, and looked at features that were most important to us. Unfortunately we didn't find the right car there yet. We will be happy to work with them again in the future.

We worked with David Boggs and couldn't have had a better experience. He was detailed and very pleasant. He let us take our time and was very patient (letting us test drive 3 different models) even getting us drinks and giving us plenty of time to discuss our decisions privately. He was gracious and worked with us to find a good price, as were all the staff we worked with. I had been to Kia previously 5 yrs ago and remembered how friendly the staff was then. So glad we came back.
