I purchased my 2020 Kia Soul in November 2019, it has been the best car I've ever had. It blew my mind how well it drove on ice and snow of February 2021 (the same or better than my Outback), the great gas mileage I receive, comfort, and many other great benefits. The staff at KIA Clarksville were wonderful. My sales person, Courtney Southland, was very nice. Even though she was new at this position, she tried very hard to be professional, thorough and knowledgeable. If she didn’t know the answer, she jumped up then and there and found out the answer. Evidently she did a good job as I bought a new KIA Soul from her! Also, I’d like to mention Dillon. He was very nice and went over options with me for finance, etc. He was patient when I asked questions and was a true gentleman. Lastly, I need to say something about the two managers that visited with me. There wasn’t any pressure from them to purchase a car. They were kind and reassured me that they were available should I have any questions. The whole experience was very pleasant. Would recommend this KIA store to anyone.

Stopped by the dealership just to take a look at the deals in the lot. Luke walked up and introduced himself to my husband and myself. We told him what we potentially looking for, a bigger vehicle for two growing kids and a puppy; and 48 hours later I was trading in my baby, a 2013 Dodge Dart, for a brand new 2019 Kia Optima. As much as I'll miss my baby, this new car is growing on me and I'm looking forward to growing relationship with them.
