Disappointed. Asked for a day to see a bike, checked with one of them that the appointment was fine, changed my work shifts to make myself available to that date (I'm a keyworker so it was physically impossible for me to have it earlier). Just to call today to say I was 20mins away, and find out that the bike has been sold. Without any notice, deliberately knowing that I had my appointment today and I was interested on the bike. Very unprofessional from my point of view, upset and disappointed. Don't think I'll count on them anymore.
