We ordered online a quite expensive new bike for my 12 year old son for Christmas 2020 - We ordered at the end of November to be sure we had plenty of time as he had been saving all his birthday money etc all year for this big exiting purchase. Go Outdoors took the money and sent an email saying it would be dispatched within 5 days. After 3 weeks, at least a dozen phone calls, loads of empty promises about the order being processed, and the tech department getting in touch, and stock being allocated they finally admitted today they didn't even have the bike in stock and hadn't for a while and we will get a refund in a weeks time - that's one week before Christmas!! Thanks Go Outdoors, you really are the very worst retail experience I've had in a long time and when my son has nothing on Christmas day because we had no time left to find a replacement you can give yourselves a slap on the back. To have no stock and issue an instant refund would have been one thing but to string us along with blatant lies until it was too late for us to fix it is unforgivable.

I can honestly say Go Outdoors are a waste of space. Nobody answers your call and the only time they did I was cut off whilst hanging on to see if they had the item I was interested in was in stock. The only reason I called to check to see if it was in stock was because I have been to Go Outdoors so many times after receiving their magazine through the postand finding the item I wanted was not available!!
