We visited in the week with our pup Willow at the Kidderminster store and I have to say the shop was very clean , immaculate everything had a place. The the two ladies in the shop were knowledgeable and friendly. We will be visiting on a regular basis and using your services.

We visited this store to get some different items for our hamster that are not available in other chain stores. They had a good selection of items for hamsters at decent prices and we made some purchases. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, like other stores they appear to only sell cages and homes that are too small for hamsters, which is really disappointing. They also stocked some products widely regarded as unsafe for small pets.

The ladies in here are really lovely! Genuine animal lovers. Always got time to help and make you feel welcome. Also great range of stock and frequently items on offer!
