Disorganised, took 2 weeks to reply to email, gave wrong information about a hire they had confirmed was booked in, then said I need to wait 2 weeks again before they can tell me if it is possible. Poor service, would not recommend. Go for a company that is actually organised. Following me writing a review here they decided to cancel my booking because I wrote an honest review! Would avoid this company, absolutely unprofessional and waste of time.
