These negative reviews are so not true. My kids see Dr. Wallace and she is very welcoming and have lots of patients with my kids. Dr. Wallace communicated with me if you let her. She is equipped with knowledge and works well with kids with needs as well. Great people person.

Terrible experience for the last 2 and half years. My kids have each needed a filling for over a year and they keep cancelling and pushing back appointment so far that my kids have had to re have x-ray and exam not even treatment. Plus confirming appointment is a hassle if you have more than one child. Ridiculous.

Normally we never give a bad review, but after not being informed of my children's dentist being changed, after my child's appointment was canceled with no notice (thus costing my mother 1000 income due to quarantine over potential exposure issues), and the inability to contact this office for anything because not only are the phones unmonitored, but the emergency line is disconnected as well (including urgent needs) I have no choice but to never recommend this office. We will not be returning.
