This is our first S x S purchase. Greg Ellis was great to work with and very knowledgeable. We live 2 hours away, but we were able to do everything over the phone and via email. Pick up went very smoothly. In and out within 30 minutes and that included loading it. Our only regret was that we came too early and the bar/lounge was closed. Midwest has a nice selection of UTV/ATV vehicles. You'll find a machine for just about every hobby, if you are a Polaris/Kawasaki fan. We purchased a 6 seater ranger from them and appreciated how easy the process was. It's a nice machine that's been very useful.
