Had my 2019 Mazda 3 in for it's 3rd service. Service is always courteous, friendly and to the point. Ryan is very helpful and David, (the Service Manager) sends a thoughtful and personal email afterward. Staff explained everything to me when I picked it up. Always pleased with the service. Love coming here! Wayne is the nicest person ever and the receptionist is always great at redirecting my calls. Kim is also fantastic and goes the extra step, just like Wayne. They care about you here and want to make sure you are satisfied. Always a pleasure getting the car serviced at this location. They just redid the waiting area it’s a lot nicer. You can charge your phone or do work while you are waiting and there are some TVs up. There is a Keurig machine but no dairy milk alternatives.
Had some collision work done recently. The work was quoted promptly, our rental car was arranged quickly, the work was done before the expected date. Overall, definitely exceeded expectations. Very friendly and professional to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation.
