Ice cream is always good, but new workers need to be trained a little bit more. Ive been in here 2x and the 1st experience wasn't that great with the young boy we dealt with. Made a shake which was an easy banana shake rather then a specialty shake & very watery, was very upset & left. Today we went in, the young girl was very friendly and although she didn't quite get my right order, made it simple to throw the rest of the stuff together to complete my order.

Quality ice cream definitely overshadowed the service Both young ladies seemed to have issues about their jobs. Both should wear plastic gloves. Both ran cash register and failed to wash after handling money. One held cup with one finger inside prior to filling in product. Watch out and call them on it. They don't really listen to your order and have to be reminded. They return the wrong ice cream from the cold board back to freezer buckets. Moniter all moves. If good...enjoy product

If you like soup instead of ICE cream this is your place. They need to fix their refrigeration units! Also, how do you call them mix-ins if you don’t mix them in! I love Cold Stone in general but this place came up quite short.

Im a coldstone lover and since i moved to hawaii i was looking for a coldstone store i was surprised that there was one in lahaina and closed so i drived to this one and i didn't lost my trip. It was the best ice cream that i eat in my all life. Cotton candy and white chocolate flavor with brownie and caramel syrup (numi). I would like to go again but it's so far away.

Ice cream is good but service is VERY hit or miss. Some are great and friendly, a few young ladies there make me avoid the location for their lack of customer service! Dissapointing.
