This place is all about the location! You're right on the beach with a decent reef to snorkel! The facility is older but well maintained. The downside, some of the full time residents aren't too friendly to those vacationing.

Enjoyed our stay nicely priced convenient, on the Beach small pool was nice and protected from the Winds VERY HAPPY !

They are doing an excellent job of keeping guests safe during Covid 19. There are hand sanitizer stations in each elevator and through out the resort. The staff is constantly cleaning tables and chairs. Masks are mandatory at the resort. I love their slogan "Spread aloha not germs wear your mask. I reccomend staying here.

Beautiful ocean front. Quiet and nice rooms, listen to the ocean as you sleep. Beautiful uncrowded beach and pool. Gotta love it.

Don't let the cinderblock exterior fool you. We really enjoyed our stay on the sixth floor. It was clean, excellently appointed and the views of the sunset were breathtaking. The beach was also very clean, safe and just steps away from the building. We will stay there again.

We stayed in a renovated condo and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The property sits right on the beach so no need to travel anywhere else. There is also a pool with loungers as well as a tree-shaded grassy area. We will be back!

Great location. Central to everything on Maui. Staff was gracious and accommodating. Only reason for slight markdown was that the condo was a bit dated. Not surprised because all units are individually owned. Great views and beach.
