Loved this place. Very well maintained and beautiful. Price is rather affordable. The most amazing thing that is just 30 seconds away from the beach where you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets and interesting turtles in the mornings...

We rented this place out off of air b&b and it was great. My son had his own room and my husband and i shared a loft. The place has laundry facilities onsite for just 1.25 per load and they also have a pool as well. We were locates about a block from an actual very uncrowded beach as well.

Nice spot, good location. Great tips from the staff. Beautiful landscaping. Great heated pool and jacuzzi, easy to access. However, the condo was poorly cleaned. Floors were dusty, carpet seemed very dirty (hairs and crumbles), and mattress on the mezzanine's bed was very rusty like it has been used 40 years old. Conclusion: you pay for the location at the sacrifice of comfort.

The Kihei Garden Estates is a nice, friendly and tranquil complex of apartments and condos. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment #A202 located on the 1st floor. The design of the apartment is OK for two adult families (4 adults). There are two double queen size beds and a sofa in the living room. The terase is large enough and has a nice view to the pool and garden area. The pool was never crowded and we used it 2-3 times late in the evening. For buildings A,B,C there is not a dedicated parking area. You should park your rented car on the street but we always found a free place nearby our apartment entrance. The only CONS for this apartment: - there is air conditioning only in the leaving room which is ok only for the upper open spaced bedroom; - the air conditioning machine has a timer command with a maximum of 60 minutes. Consequently most of the night the iar conditioning is stopped; - the complex policy is with a check-out no later than 10 AM which is much to early taking into consideration that almost all returning flights to mainland US or Canada are late in the evening.
