I called from Arizona and had seen a picture online of a bouquet that I really liked and wanted to send to my sister-in-law. I called and found out that some of the flowers I specifically wanted had to be ordered in. I thought the bouquet was too expensive and we went back-and-forth a bit. But they were very patient with me. Turns out they had to order some of the flowers from a outside source. They had it done and delivered by the next afternoon. It was the most I had ever spent on a bouquet of flowers but when my sister-in-law received them she said they were unimaginably beautiful and over the top. She was absolutely thrilled. So they were worth every penny.

We came to Maui for our 40th anniversary celebration. I walked in to see if they could make me a simple flower corsage for my hair for our beach ceremony. They made me a lovely pale pink corsage and showed me how to affix it in my hair. So inexpensive and so nice. Thank you for helping to make our celebration special.

If I could do zero stars I would. What they did to my family is totally unacceptable. These flowers were suppose to be for a funeral! We call them about a week and a half in advance and pay for Hawaiian flower arrangements. They call us a week later saying the don’t have any Hawaiian flowers to make our arrangement we paid for. They offer to make arrangements of white flowers which isn’t something we do here in Hawaii, but had no choice, we already paid for it. Fast forward to the day of the funeral. We get a call from the “Cora Kihei Wailea flowers”. At 10 AM! Saying the did not and will not complete our arrangement we paid for. Now with all other funeral arrangements we have to go scramble around for flowers while trying to grieve this loss. They had no sympathy. None. Just the “go figure it out yourself attitude”. It’s nice to know how this company treats locals. Especially in the HARDEST of times.

One of my wishes when I traveled recently to Maui was to have pics done with a beautiful Haku Lei. I stopped by the shop on a Monday to place my order, emailed over a pic that I wanted it to look similar to, and was given a pickup time for Wednesday morning. When I picked it up from the shop, I was amazed by how beautiful and perfect it was. She fitted it to my head and then I was off to get my pics done. Everyone at the shop was very friendly as well and they even helped my friend match up a beautiful orchid to her dress for her to hold in her pics. I highly recommend Flowers by Cora.
