Exceptional stay at this property! Had a 1 bed 2 bath unit with a nice fully equipped kitchen. The location can’t be beat, directly on Sugar Beach! Incredible views. The grounds are really well kept and clean as well. Loved everything about our stay.

Great bobbing beach with Sandy bottom! Shower to clean off the sand. Relaxing grassy area with chairs and tables. Clean grills that work great! Love this place!

Lovely little beach on property. Warm pool with toys available for kids. Friendly community. Loved being able to sit on the grass or sand directly in front of the ocean.

Nice apartments crazy close to the beach. Check in and check out were super simple. Bed was nice and loved the beach amenities included. Only issue was a musty bathroom because the vents are broken. Was able to force them open eventfully. Other than that, a great stay for a fair price.

What an amazing place to stay. The view is exceptional. Nothing but palm trees, ocean, and the hills of Maui. There are two full baths in each unit. A full kitchen. Good size bedroom and living room. We had a king size bed. Less than 25 steps to the ocean. Wonderful pool, beach showers, sunning chairs, and 4 gas grills in the common area.

Nani Kai Hale is a wonderful place in Maui to stay at. This is our 3rd time to Maui and we have stayed at Nani Kai Hale. Condos are exquisite and very well taken care of. We will be back soon.
