Super great service. The assistant manager Norman and Clatin were beyond helpful. We came in with a couple of scratches on our rental and we were worried the rental company would charge us through the roof for repair. Norman and Clatin were very knowledgeable, assessed our car and even helped touch up the scratches. The scratches are pretty much indistinguishable now. So pleased with their service!

I can’t really say that there is a historically a whole lot of difference from auto parts stores, but this one is really friendly. They guided me to sale items and better deals than what I intended to buy, and They were just genuinely friendly. They even talked story and helped me understand my problem better. Meanwhile, The Napa down the street has horrendous customer service. Go figure.
