Not sure what some of the other reviewers are talking about. The staff are very helpful. I was asked 3 times while I was in the store about whether I needed help. The store hours given in Maps are also correct. The place closes at 8, except on Sundays when it closes at 6. It doesn't close at 7.

Store is under new management and I found them to be very helpful. Montez was very helpful in fixing a broken drone I brought in while attending to all other customers as well. They deserve credit for trying to improve their customer service. Thanks for the help!!
If you are not buying a phone plan. you will be ignored. The inventory in that store is pathetic and actually worse. Oh most of all you should be grateful they acknowledge like the soup notsee in Seinfled
Help was not useful at all. Better know what you need before you enter. Are not interested in selling their merchandise.
Kihei location- cant even open on time. The sign says it opens at 9. I waited for 40 minutes and no one showed
Outrageous pricing even though they are having a going out of business sale.
