Recently went to T-mobile in Kihei to get my husband a new phone and add him to my contract. We we're helped by the amazing Joel! He helped guide us through the steps of keeping my husbands old number through Sprint and definitely helped us get the best deal possible. He was very professional and beyond helpful! I loved his attention to detail and his strong work ethics. I highly recommend seeing him if you ever have any questions there!

Went into the store on Thursday March 21st. A gentleman with a pony tail and a giant diamond ring on his wedding finger attempted to help me. I walked in and was hardly greeted. I had to walk to the back corner where he was sitting. I explained that I broke the glass where the camera lens was. Before I could ask what options I might have he said we can’t fix it... I said ok how much to upgrade and just get a new phone. He asked what memory storage I wanted. I told him I need at least the capacity that my current phone had. I wasn’t sure what the memory on my phone was and really wasn’t sure where to look. As I was trying to look he took the phone out of my hand without asking and found the storage. It was like he was annoyed with me being there. After he told me the price I thought maybe I would wait until I could get to a repair shop and have it fixed. He left to the back and I walked around the store for a min and thought if they could transfer the data from my current phone to the new one I would get a new one. He walked out again and refused to acknowledge me. I asked if they were able to transfer the data from my current phone to the new one. He said yes. (I was desperate to fix it or replace it because we were doing road to Hana the next day and I wanted my phone for photos). I was excited that he said they could transfer the data. I said cool how long will it take. He snapped and said at least 2 hours. They closed in an hour so I asked if they would be able to do it that night. Again he shortly said no like I was the most annoying person in the world. Basically this employee acted entitled, snotty, and overall just unprofessional. Horrible experience!!!
