Just don’t. It’s not ran by Vietnamese folks and the food is lacking in so many ways I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s start with the 30 min wait for egg rolls at 12.95 for 4 tasteless, meatless, egg rolls on a bed of....wait for it.....vermicelli noodles. As we sit on a Saturday evening, the place is barely full with 4 tables occupied. There is one server and apparently no one in the kitchen since it has taken 45 min to get our tiny, tasteless bowl of pho. The broth has zero anise aroma.

Very pleasant service.... great food and a pleasant dine in experience. Not too crowded or noisy. You actually get to dine and enjoy great Vietnamese food!!! A place to be when everywhere else is super crowded and no where to sit to enjoy your meal.

Pretty decent Vietnamese food on the island of Maui. We ordered phos to go on a rainy day. They were neatly packed and everything was hot and fresh. Only the soup was a bit bland to my taste.

No one was in the restaurant at lunch time. Should have been our first clue. Food was so over fried it was hard. Couldn't eat some of it. Service was friendly, however. Won't go back.

11/01/16: 3.0 out 5 - Vietnamese Cuisine is catered to the tourists and the majority that makes us much of Maui. So, in my opinion, when it comes to comparing Vietnamese Cuisine to the many others Vietnamese and Asiatic foods, it's decent. The staff / owner are nice and attentive, the restaurant was clean, but there is room for improvement for the food. Looks good and tastes okay. However, don't take my word for it. Definitely suggest trying it once and deciding for yourself.

Very popular Vietnamese cooking style always see everywhere in American. Good in taste as always. The most commend one is their chicken, slight fired outside. Inside the meat is seasoned so not boring breast.

* First and Last time to visit this place * Went there tonight for take out. I ordered the Lemongrass Chicken rice plate after seeing it on a large menu display on the windows outside. Price was 12.95. Girl rang me up at 14.84 which base price makes it 13.95. I was told that the menu outside will be updated sometime soon. Waited an extra 10 minutes because I was told that a new batch of rice was cooking. Finally the meal was awfully cooked and served. The stirfry was heavy seasoned which is causing heartburn. All you can taste is the lemongrass powder. All poured over a scoop of rice which you cannot see being that the stirfry was poured over the rice and not of the side. It just looked like brown mush. Don’t recommend this place. I tried to give them a shot especially since recently the news reported that this joint had to close temporarily due to cleanliness violations. Mahalo!

Found this place after the Japanese restaurant in the area had a long wait. My husband and I both had the rice plates and both were very good. We will go back again before the end of our vacation.
