Sensei Moises is the best instructor I have ever come across in my 10 years of training. His love for karate and his passion for teaching, truly gets me motivated to learn more. Highly recommend to anyone who’s interested in learning the art of karate or just looking to try something new!

Shihan Moises De La Cruz is one of Florida’s best Shotokan Karate instructors, he finds all the hidden techniques and Jujitsu and teaches the entire system very few instructors do that today I highly recommend this school.
Amazing is the only that I could think of to describe the professionalism of the instructors. My son has being a student at the kihon Kai since 2010. I recommend this dojo.
