I had read some previous Kiker reviews about lacking communication before hiring Kiker to install a custom liner into our pool. In my case, communication wasn't perfect and the job may have taken a little longer than expected. In this case, I learned that sometimes perfection takes time, because in the end, the quality of the job and workmanship can not be beat. After removing the old liner, their team took most of a day prepping the floor and walls back to like new condition. The new liner looks like it was poured into the pool. It looks better than when it was new. Kiker did a great job and I'm so happy with the results and Kiker Pools.
