We called NNG Automatic Standby Generators when our generator stopped working. However, we were able to get the problem resolved before the technician arrived. So, when he got there and saw the generator was functioning normally, he left. Almost a year later (evidently a problem with NNG billing department), I finally received an invoice...for 240?!? When I politely asked for a discount since I received no value for the service call, I received a \less than considerate response\ and no concession. I have since found another generator contractor in the area who does great work, is much less expensive and easier to work with. Thank goodness we don't have to deal with NNG any longer.
