Decent service from the Dr...if you have the time to wait more than an hour before being seen. Good luck getting thru to make and appointment too, always a recording no matter when you call.

First off the doctor has to approve you to be worthy of being a patient. Well my wife and I went through everything. Was ultimately approved. Come 5 months later when I need to make my first appointment his clueless, rude, combative staff requires me to do the process all over again. NO NO it was ridiculous to begin with then because of their incompetance which I was warned about I have to do it all over again. NO THNANKS! Heard of this happening to people in this area by this practice should have listened. Also, we are not sick people and when I need to be seen they are like two weeks plus out. WHAT! if I could only plan on being sick I would make an Appointment. This location only caters to the elderly and the doctor can choose what and whom he sees. AVOID this at all costs. Now I don't have a doctor to see which I thought I did. Choose someone else. Gotta love US doctors today. OBAMA CARE and the over population of elderly have this.
Most unprofessional Doctor in the medical field. There are too many options available as far as choices of doctors, so dont make the mistake of trying Gary James for your doctor. Very rude, inconsiderate and unbelievably acts like a teenager when he doesnt agree with you. Take my word and try a different doctor before giving this guy a chance.
Dr. James has been our family physician since 2008. When we moved in to the area, we asked a pharmacist for her recommendation for a family physician Dr. James was her recommendation. We have been very pleased with his care, concern, and treatment of our family of 5. Highly recommend him.
Phone line is almost always busy. When it's not you end up on hold for so long the phone actually hangs up on you . they need better desk people !!! And of course you don't get called on in the office until about an hour past you appointment time .
