They were very helpful and polite. The place looks very clean and comforting inside and I had no issues. The funeral letters they made were absolutely stunning and so well thought out. They lose one star because of the fact that they forgot to give me my documents and I had to go fetch it again (I'm not from Kimberley) but that's small thing compared to the overall experience.
