Visiting Kimberley the other day and stopped into this store. I knew what I wanted and the ladies had it ready for me in just few minutes!! Then was looking around store and found some more great oils. Nice selection of fragrances. The ladies offered me some good in store deals that they were having. Very pleasant, helpful staff. What a great store!! And thank you for being open!!!

Feeling a bit disappointed in the customer service we recieved. We were sold the wrong diffuser on Saturday, so we brought it back in to exchange it on Monday (unused) to Healing Hollow in Kimberley where we bought it. We were given attitude and just a very unwelcomed feeling from the lady behind the till. We got the feeling she didn't really want to exchange it for the one we had wanted . Its pretty disappointing when you spend over 400 in the last week and try to support local and this is the kind of service you receive. Makes you NOT want to support local and just shop online.

Absolutely LOVE the Healing Hollow products! I don't live close to a location so I just order online and my products arrive quickly every time. The essential oils are amazing and great quality. I most recently ordered the Christmas pack of oils and my house smelled amazing during the holidays that everyone asked what the amazing smell was. I still use Reindeer Rum as it reminds me of baking and makes me feel cozy. Highly recommend this amazing company!

After years of dealing with restless legs that were bad enough that it severely hindered my ability to sleep and even caused my late husband to kick me out of bed a few times, I was willing to try anything that I hadn't tried before. The Shake a Leg roll on remedy is a miracle! I've been using it for about a month now and my restless legs have all but disappeared! So very grateful to this wonderful lady and her passion for oils. Walking into Healing Hollow you are instantly greeted by a welcoming aroma of essential oils and friendly staff! The blends they create are great smelling and have practical applications to real life. They have everything from blends for teething babies to headache relief to something for our furry friends. The staff is very knowledgeable in what blends can help you and you can tell they are selling products they believe in! The worst part about going into their store is having to choose which blends are coming home with you this time! Be fair warned Healing Hollow isn't somewhere you can just visit once!

I have been purchasing Healing Hollow's remedy blends for over 5 years and I could not be happier with their quality and their great scents! Michelle has always taken the time to answer my queries and you can tell she truly loves what she does. I was first introduced to their products when looking for remedies to help my at that time teething baby but now have at least 4 or 5 different blends in rotation for daily use for me and my whole family.
