Robyn's learn to run 5Km was a fabulous experience. To be able to do her program virtually has been so awesome!! We started our own group and have been so pleased with our progress since week one!! I am 50 something, always wanted to learn to run, just didn't really know how. I was the Queen of one day in a row. Its been incredible to see the difference over the weeks of this program. I'm not ready to run any races, but am so pleased with my increased strength and ability over these last 7 weeks. I am excited to do the next 8 weeks and see where I'll get by then. If you aren't close to Robyn, I recommend gathering your pals and starting your own virtual running chapter in your town!! It is true, Any-Body can do this!! Robyn's guidance is fabulous!! Don't wonder if you can any longer, Just do it!! You'll be pleased you did!!!

I am not a runner but I joined the spring clinic and it was awesome! So fun to be surrounded and led by such incredible support. I will definitely do another one!
