Really great resort and ski hill for young families. Quiet laid back atmosphere and excellent ski runs for all abilities. And the towns items was another nice surprise with great local businesses, restaurants, and micro brew pubs! We'll definitely be back to enjoy more of what the area has to offer in the summer as well.

Beautiful well kept condos. Kitchen is very well stocked with all you could need for meal preparation! Actual ski in ski out.. So amazing for kids, right on the tee bar hill. Would stay again for sure.

Great experience to start. I haven't skied in 20 years and it was easy to get out. They have size 32 boots for those that have Sasquatch feet. Staff is friendly in the rental shop and lift ticket wicket. The Mask Enforcers were a bit over the top with power. Its tough to have a drink or eat with my mask up. Use some common sense. Then the quad chair main drive gearbox began to fail. I overheard one of your staff say that this was a known issues for a few days but lets run it to failure all the while taking in lift ticket money without warning the patrons there is a known issue that could result in the main being shut down.

It was nice but not a super fan of the slopes. Not many nice green slopes for less experienced skiers.

This hotel is normally an on piste ski resort accommodation. In late may it was all but deserted. In fact you have to go to an adjacent hotel to check in. The room was clean and adequately sized. The underground parking was convenient. There is one restaurant close by, but for a decent selection you need to go down to the town. Thus can be reached by a very nice walking track in 20-30 minutes.

Stayed at the Rocky Condos, was excellent. Just ski straight to the lodge from your front door! Not as packed as the Alberta hills for sure which is a big plus!

Disappointing. Deprived of the hot tub because of poor maintenance practices. We arrived to find a sign saying hot tub unsafe for use. It was apparently that way for days because the condo had been empty before us. They just didn’t bother to clean it up for our arrival. But what’s worse is try and have a problem addressed and you will find out that the management at this resort is unreachable and will flat out ignore your communications and efforts to contact them. Unbelievable lack of common decency and customer service.

We stayed for 5 days at unit M3 and we loved it. The unit is very well equipped with everything needed to cook, sleep and rest. Our unit had a Bbq and a Hot tub. We checked in and out outside of their business hours and their process and service was great. The only thing I wish they had, is that I wish the bathrooms had is a detachable shower head.. It would make it easier for people with long hair like me. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a great time. I read other reviews and read another person complaining about the duvet... I can see why.. but it did not bother us.
