I cannot begin to express my dissatisfaction with these guys service. They take on the responsibility of selling property yet don't commit time or decent effort to follow through in getting the sale. Would never recommend anyone to make use of this particular branch. Pity one star is the lowest rating permitted. You guys are pathetic to say the least.

Bad experience. Hugo Schonken, the least you could have done was phone my daughter back. She drove all the way from Bloemfontein to look at properties you promised but nothing happened. You didn't even answer your phone when she was calling. Now we still have the problem of trying to find a flat for next year. Thank you for nothing!!!
The agency doesn't care about their tenants!! Rude people! Would not recommend to anyone even my worst enemy!!!
