I will unfortunately not recommend going to Signature store in Diamond Pavillion mall. The lady working there has absolutely no clue of client service. Upon entering, there were 2 ladies at the entrance sanitising and we entered the store. When we got what we wanted and stood in the line, the lady was worried that we were too many in the store and asked the one lady (who was in the store a while already) to please go outside. I could see she was not happy either. When it was almost my turn to pay, I advised that I wanted to pay via card and the lady said her card machine is very slow due to black Friday (its Saturday). I wanted to know if I can rather wait, but could see this was not what she wanted. She had me rather leave because I wanted to pay with my card. I advised her that I will not be making use of their store again.
