The staff there are super friendly, my wife and myself have just been in and are always talk on the way out about how relaxed and non corporate they are. Keep it up please team, especially the younger, tall lad on the desk. By the way, the Big Larry torches are brilliant and great value.

A wide variety of different caravans on offer for every budget. Not a lot of Used Motorhomes under 25000. The shop isnt that expensive either. Plenty of people around too if you need assistance and they will leave you to look yourself which is good.

The whole process from viewing to handover was excellent. A very knowledgeable and professional team of people at Kimberley Darlington. Well recommended.
The worst experience I have ever had in buying anything. I was looking forward to the purchase of a brand new Caravan ready for my retirement however when the caravan arrived this was not the case. I had paid for a diamond Bright treatment at the cost of 399. However when the caravan came there was black mould on the roof. A caravan has to be cleaned in order to treat it with Diamond Bright, for there to be as much mould as there was it would have had to have been left for a substantial amount of time - which means they did not treat the caravan with Diamond Bright as I had paid for. After a greater inspection of the caravan I noted a further 20 issues including scratches and faults such as damaged locks and a leaking shower. The state of the caravan suggests it was not in fact brand new. Overall I was incredibly unhappy with my experience. After looking forward to getting a new Caravan for so long it left me disheartened and frustrated The aftercare service was appalling. They made promises and then broke them which meant we missed out on two holidays we had booked. Even after approaching the owner of the company the situation was not resolved to our satisfaction. I would not recommend them for any purchase. I feel let down by them as a customer and feel like they were unwilling to take any responsibility for the situation.
a great deal. did give 5 star when I brought it. now 1 star. lied to. fobbed off never contact you back when they say they will. repair work needed. blame anyone but themselves.
