Master George and Master Taylor are amazing. My son was very shy and since he has joined the school we have seen such growth in him, he has gained so much confidence. They instill not only a learning of the martial arts but values and for the little ones it is so good for them to hear these from somewhere else other than their parents. I can not say enough about how great they both are with the smaller kids, it takes a lot of patience to work with 5-7 years old, not only do they have the patience they keep it fun while making them work hard. I even joined the adult class after watching my son in the grasshopper classes, it’s a great martial school for the whole family. Kinneth says “Master George has the best side kick“.

Confidence, discipline, loyalty and so much FUN! Highly recommended for athletes and non-athletes. It is a unique sport that makes you work with others to improve your own skills with individual recognition. Most of all it is authentic to Korean Tang So Do. I love that the participants count in Korean and have learn 10-20 words.

Both of my children take lessons at Kim's Karate in Shrewsbury. From the moment my youngest started, my oldest son wanted to join in too. Master George not only skillfully and thoroughly instructs every class - he also takes time to know and understand each of his students. Both of my boys look up to Master George and bring home valuable lessons they learn in class. Master George remains solid in his expectations of all of his students and makes them work for all of their achievements. I cannot say enough about Kim's Karate in Shrewsbury and the instruction from Master George and Mrs. Taylor. Tang soo!!!!

I love Kim's Karate! Master George and Miss Taylor keep it professional but also make it a friendly, caring atmosphere. I've enjoyed my time there and am excited to learn more. They're quick to help you with any mistakes and encourage you to do better! I would definitely recommend Kim's Karate to anyone looking to learn karate or further extend their knowledge. It definitely helps teach discipline and respect.

This place has blown way past my expectations. The Sensei is incredible and makes you feel like a part of the dojo the moment you walk in. He has incredible knowledge and very good at what he does. But the best part is their values and dedication. It is/should be an inspiration to all surrounding dojo’s and I would highly recommend this Dojo to anyone. 6/5 stars.

Love what Kim’s is doing for our first son and looking forward to getting our youngest started as well. Teaches them discipline, respect, and so much more, not to mention it GETS THEM MOVING, which is a big deal in this electronic age. Highly recommend!!! ONLY issue we have is with class times, as they run a little late for our 14 year old BUT we understand that juggling that many students can be challenging.
