Kim is absolutely the best! I have had my dog at many groomers over his 13 years of life and Kim is by far the best! She is fast, super well priced, and my little man always comes home looking so handsome. I was tired of never getting what I wanted and paying ridiculous amounts of money on groomers, so I saw Kim's shop and took a chance on her and I'm sooooo glad I did. Best groomer around!

I won't go anywhere else to get my dog's nails cut. She has the best prices and I trust my dogs being there!
I dropped my dog off for a nail trim today and I was told to bring her anytime between 12-3 because it was “just a nail trim”. When I arrived they took 10 minutes to answer the door and told me she wasn’t booked in till 3 (I work at 3 and stated that in the message I left when booking) on top of all that, there was another customer outside who tried to pick up my dog without permission and grabbed her face when she was nipping because she was scared. I was left waiting for my dog for an hour when it was supposed to take 10 minutes. I will not be coming back.
Kim fit us in last minute and she was friendly and easy to deal with for a quick nail trim.

Took my Boston to Kim’s for a nail trim and received amazing service. Kim was friendly, professional and great with my little guy. He’s not always the easiest to trim, but with Kim he didn’t make a sound and was totally comfortable! Will be returning!
