Back in 2016 I had crab legs from here. The proprietor served them hot in a mild but delicious curry sauce. Not only was he super nice but everyone we met in the valley were very welcoming.

We enjoyed the best chowder we ever had - with local catched halibut & halibut Burger & halibut Fish&Chips. And we had very informative and interesting talks with the owner who is Niska (native People) Chief. Please mind that the location is at the und of a dead end street, at the sea.
Gingolx is a beautiful village very friendly and receptive to visiors. The views from any point are spectacular. We have been here many times before but never had the opportunity to stop and eat at U Seafood Services. What we had and shared at the table was crab in a butter chicken sauce and couple of orders of there halibut fish and chips. The crab was delicious, neither of us had tried crab done this way before and we all loved it and a nice amount of crab for the price. The halibut pieces where very small and that was a disappointment, I had heard they use large pieces of halibut at U Seafood Services but not today. The batter was tasty and thin just the way we like it and the halibut was delicious and fresh but just not a reasonable amount for 20. I would definitely return for the ambience and the flavours but I would have to find something other than halibut to quench my “seafood and eat food” cravings.

Bonnie was very nice, still let us in even when she was just about to close knowing that we came all the way from Alberta. The halibut fish and chips are fresh and yummy! Their portions are huge. Best fish and chips I've had in a long time.
Wonderful food, friendly owners, great service. We will definitely be back if at all possible!
The food here is great and so is the staff. It is a cute little restaurant with very fresh food that is hot and delicious. I would recommend coming here if you are in the area.
