The walking trail around the Motherwell Reservoir is one of the most pleasant I have experienced in a small town in the western Canadian prairie provinces. A great place to bird watch or just go for a walk to blow off some steam. The walkway is paved and a complete loop is about 2 or 3 Km.

It was an alright trail. Not very long, not enough nature to look at or enjoy. It'll do the job for a nice quick walk, but wouldn't recommend this place.

Best place around for a nice walk. The bad part is dogs off leash and pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. Otherwise awesome
Wonderfully maintained, beautiful, lots of places to stop and rest and there are bag stations along the way for dog walkers that I appreciate and feel encourages people to use and remind people to be mindful.
