I had my jeep wranglers hood latch fly off while driving on the highway, I had it held together by a rope so I could drive and see if they had the part I needed. Napa was extremely helpful and even attempted to install it there for me. When they decided I needed to go to the dealership, they called made an appt and escorted myself there to ensure everything was in order. Wonderful people! Highly recommend!

I found the service here in Kindersley very disappointing to say the least. Went in and ordered stuff...went back to pick up only to find they hadn’t even bothered to order it. This has happened more than once. It’s like they don’t care. So I went to Bumper to Bumper where the staff were friendly, helpful and on the ball. Ordered the parts for us and had it here the next day and called us. I was very impressed. Will be ordereing my parts from Bumper to Bumper from now on because their service and staff are excellent. Unlike Napa, they believe in good customer service and I will support that. Napa whoever you are as an owner you should be giving your staff training on how to provide the best customer service or your business will go eventually under.
