Went to enquire re a car. Showed me model on forecourt, tried to show me one different colour to my choice and said it had cigarette burn on seat, no word of it being repaired. Also sent email confirming what I wanted and if one came in, or knew of one, to contact me. Nothing! Not even an acknowledgement. Not impressed.
