What a great experience with King Collision Auto Repair. I took my car in on Wednesday afternoon after work. I received a quote for the repairs right away. I was told it would take about three days once they ordered the parts. I went home and thought about it briefly and brought it right back. I was paying out of pocket for the damages. They really worked with me on the price. I had received an estimate the day before from another body shop down the street which quoted me 600 more. One of the things that caught my attention about Mr. Maurice at King Collision Auto Repair was…when he called for the price of the parts…he had the phone on speaker in his office. I could very easily hear the cost. This is the breakdown of events: 1.\tWednesday around 4:30 pm; the parts were ordered 2.\tThursday around 4:15 pm; I drop off the car after work 3.\tFriday around 5 pm; I receive a call from Keisha @ King Collision Auto Repair that the car was ready for pick up….WOW! I went to King Collision right at 5pm to get pricing on installing a spoiler on my RDX. I spoke to the owner who provided a very reasonable quote and told me to bring it back in the AM. The space is clean and even had amazing flower arrangements throughout the lobby. I came back the next morning and I was in and out just as he promised. I would highly recommend this business and will be a returning customer!
Honestly, the people that work here are amazing. They worked with me for a long time while I was trying to get my car back. It came back in great, pretty much brand new condition. They even hooked me up with some extra services. I’m so grateful to have had them work on my car because I don’t know any other business that would have taken care of my needs the way they did. I would definitely do business with them again!!
