My experience buying a new Truck at Bayside Chrysler dealership was the best experience. First let me say I live in New Jersey and I really wanted the Ram 1500 Limited they had on the lot but it was in Virginia. So I got intouch with Dennis Cronin from Bayside Dealership. Once we agreed on the price he said that they will pay for the airfare and pick me up from the airport. He made it so easy for me to buy my new truck 500 miles away. He also took his time and explained all the features the truck has. He really went above and beyond for me and treated me like family. So, if your shopping for a vehicle Bayside Chrysler should be your first stop and ask for Dennis Cronin. Thanks again Dennis!

My husband and I had visited Bayside and test drove a vehicle, but weren't ready to make a purchase just yet. Justen helped us with the test drive and gave ball park figures for us to take home and consider. He also followed up and made sure any of my questions were answered. We did our homework and ultimately decided this was the vehicle we wanted to move forward with, so we went back a week later. Justen was incredibly helpful, respectful and willing to work with us, ultimately sending us home in our new car! I wanted to give a 5 star rating to Justen Thompson for his professionalism in working with us on a potential Jeep Cherokee deal. He was easy to work with and went out of his way several times to provide me financial data and answered all my questions respectfully. While we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle through Bayside it was not due to any reason other than we live out of state and my husband ended up choosing a different car locally. Just purchased a newer used car yesterday. Staff were very friendly and not at all pushy. They took the time to explain things clearly to make sure we fully understood and were comfortable with the car before talking about purchasing. After noticing a couple minor issues (corroded battery terminals and a couple small chips on the windshield) they made it clear those issues would be taken care of in our paperwork. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about my experience and would highly recommend them. Special shout-out to our sales rep Devaun (sorry if I misspelt your name) for your exceptional professionalism and kindness!
