The equipment is great, the atmosphere is perfect as everyone is really supportive. Emys and Megs make it so you feel part of a family. The workouts and the classes are ace. A definite for everyone and even for visitors popping through who want a space to excerise.

Real great Iron bunker!!! More or less a Warehouse which has some stuff die Cross fit, some for boxing and the entire range of bodybuilding gear... Also protein shakes... Daypass 5 - one week 10 ...
Meg, emyr and everyone in the gym make you feel really welcome from the start. Owners who really care about your training and not just run as a money maker. The gym has every bit of equipment you need and kept at a gd clean standard. Your at a loss if you decide to train anywhere else
