This company is amazing, fair play! I diagnosed a new motor needed for our freezer and they sent it straightaway, recommending a generic one that was cheaper than the branded part. I replaced it myself using their excellent step by step photos (even though I have never done it before) and when I got a bit stuck I opened their chatline - at a silly time of day expecting no one to be there - and someone was, and sorted me out straightaway. Saved us a fortune in call out and repair fees and seems to be working fine. I really recommend this company.

Product arrived as described on time. Best bit was their instruction video on line that allowed me to fix the freezer fan myself with no problems. Great service to have this available. Few white goods products sold currently last more than 5yrs without fault (if you are lucky) so having instruction such as this means that we didn't have to junk the expensive unit.

Fantastic oven repair by Kingdom Appliance Care. The customer support on the phone was extremely helpful and we had our oven repaired the next working day in Dunfermline.
