Was here for my wife delivery. Outpatient services was very good and the doctors too. Unpleasant or bad experiences started after delivery during the admitted days at hospital. No hot water in toilet, room service, broken floor and walls. Felt like little maintenance and more responsible staff (few are extremely good and few are below average) need to make this hospital a 100 percent perfect one.

I removed my wisdom teeth with dr. Ahmed Assiri. He was very gentle and quick I didn’t even think that we finished that early. I totally recommend him. Also thanks to his assistant nurse “Rose”, she was amazing. One comment: Dental department receptionists (male) was very unprofessional.
Minimum 2 :30 hrs if you need to get any tests. Or 2-3 visits. Poor time management. 90% of the time goes just in waiting.
A few years back this Hospital was considered one of the top hospitals in Riyadh..Things have changed. From a personal experience without getting into personal details I can frankly say that I Did not trust the medical opinion of one pediatrician( without naming him) at all. I'm sure that there are many hard working employees and doctors in this place but if the quality of the service is continuously declining then there must be a problem with the management of the hospital. I consider focusing on profitability rather than quality of service in the medical field a grave danger.
Very organized, clean, professional hospital. One of the best in Riyadh. The only defect is the usual crowded parkings. I don't know whether there's underground parking, if it has so it deserve 5 stars
They have visiting doctors as well, make sure before visiting as they may charge you up to SAR 650 SAR just for consultation fee!! Dirty and Miss managed facility
Now very bad not like before. No Actual ER for child not proper admissions no proper cleaning and bad reception
Excellent service, I remember going there as a child after one of my elder sibling headbutted me. The service was quick and nice.
