This was the best security company ive worked for. I had to move out of state for family reasons. The owner was very supportive and responded very quick to any emergencies i experienced. He really knows how to run his business and has a kind caring heart i truly miss working with him and his assistant i wish them well during this COVID 19 pandemic.

These are great people. The owner and guards were fantastic. I don't see why someone says old equipment. They have new cars and electronics. Their uniforms were sharp and super friendly professional staff.

Disappointment Jack

Do not work for this joke. Pretends to be a professional but will screw people over that work for him just to maintain a high turnover rate to keep his costs low. Equipment as previously mentioned in another review, still out of date. Places older guards in the highschools that perv on the young teen girls but due to their gregarious personalities, somehow manage to pass it off as simple friendly behavior. Probably only a matter of time before one does something beyond stupid other than just indiscriminate touching, if they already haven't. When they make comments like wanting to hook up their 20something son with a highschool minor, that's just a little bit problematic too and creates an unprofessional environment for people who view that nonsense lacking in all taste and class. What's worse, the hours at the end of employment are cut so bad that the economic and unemployment offices cannot do anything to help cause you will not meet the requirement of the ending high quarterly pay to qualify while you are between jobs.

I worked for this company. The owner has serious integrity problems. Does not pay for services, gas or time he requires you to expend out of your pocket for his company. He will not tell you your assignment until the. day before. Lousy planner, antiquated computer equip. If you are working on a vehicle patrol, he tells you not to run the heater... it costs too much in gas, even if it is 20 degrees and the wind is blowing. . Does not care about his employees welfare.. He just wants to make a buck. Very much a favoritism individual. Not a professional at all. RUN dont WALK from this "security company" lol., You will be doing yourself a favor and saving your own money.

The owner may once been a man integrity. That has changed. The training is very poor. gards are underpaid over worked and most walk around with slumped shoulders from the verbal beatings and threats the "managers and owner" give to them. The equipment is out of date. The owner is busy giving special one on one training to his guard flavor of the month with no thought to the untrained gards he throws to the wolves. There is a you break it you buy it rule, it's never told to gards until they break something, then pay checks are held and threats are made. Don't work for this joke. If you have a disability or look different you will shuffled away and never called to work. you will be called on call part time and then never called. That is only after you pay for the gard card class, dps card this company offers oh, you pay 1st, what a joke, they got my too.
